Limited Warranty

All materials and parts are warranted for 90 days. The warranty does not extend to fuses, refrigerants, filters, access valves, and moving parts. The warranty will not apply if the customer fails to contact Fred’s Appliance Repair, LLC. within 90 days from the time when the warranty claim arose and/or fails to permit us to perform warranty service. The warranty is limited solely to the acts, promises, representations, or omissions of Fred’s Appliance Repair, LLC., and not to any other person, whether or not the service provided here is based on a referral by such a person.

Disclaimer of Liability

The customer agrees that Fred’s Appliance Repair, LLC. will not be responsible for leaks, scratching, or any other occurrences causing spillage or damage to food, floors, cabinets, counters, arising from the services provided herein, as well as the removal of appliances or fixtures. The customer understands that Fred’s Appliance Repair, LLC. is not responsible for warranties or representations made by contractors or referrals.

Service Call Fee

The service call fee covers the cost of the technician’s time, expertise, and the initial assessment of the appliance’s issue. It includes the technician’s visit to the customer’s location, whether it’s a home or business. Service call fee is non-refundable. Customer pays this fee regardless of whether they proceed with the recommended repairs or not. It compensates the technician for their time and effort in diagnosing the problem.

Consent for Use of Personal Data for Marketing and Sales Purposes

By providing your personal information, you consent to Fred’s Appliance LLC using your data for marketing and sales purposes, including sending you promotional materials, updates, and offers related to our products and services.
